At Radical Transformation, we help our clients to discover the root cause of their frustrations. We help them find solutions to improve their business processes! Our clients could fix their own problems, but like every organization they get caught up in the day to day issues and running of their business. This often means that problems get put off until tomorrow or until they occur next time!
What is Radical Transformation?
Radical Transformation is a process that requires two integrated activities – 1) Radical thinking, and 2) Trans-formative action!
We define Radical Transformation as follows: 1) Radical means “going to the root or source, and 2) Transformation means “creating change through improvement.”
We all understand that thinking is a precursor of action. First, you think it, and then you take action to make the thought a reality. However, it’s important to remember: customers will only reward your actions, not your thoughts!
Our specialty at Radical Transformation is engaging and supporting our clients through their Radical Lean Transformation by offering our expertise in Radical Lean Transformation Consulting and Training.
Why do companies decide to use our services, when they can improve their business processes themselves? A simple reality check for every business owner, and the best explanation is here in this great quote from one of our greatest thinkers! –
“We cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them” ― Albert Einstein
If you follow the same practices and behavior every day, you are guaranteed to end up with the same results.
Many leaders hear and read about other companies that have successfully implemented lean and/or six sigma principles to deliver amazing results. However, seeing the great results is one thing but knowing how to bring all the pieces together to make it work in their own business is another problem. Our consulting and training services can help motivated leaders and their employees to identify and place the pieces of the lean puzzle in the right position, at the right time!
How To Deal With Change?
Improvement requires change, and the first thing that must be changed is the organizational mindset. An organization cannot improve anything by adhering to the established thinking process that was developed in the past. It requires a paradigm shift in the way an organization thinks about and sees the current situation! Ignorance in business matters can lead to failure, however, gaining insight is educational, which generates awareness.
We work with our clients to help them to understand the concepts and application of lean and six sigma principles. Once they have a clear understanding of their individual needs we guide them through the implementation and integration of lean and six sigma principles into their business model.
We help our clients to identify and construct their own lean six sigma improvement puzzle to discover how their current business practices can better serve the needs of their customers. We help them to identify the right pieces, and place them into the right locations, at the right time so they can achieve long-term sustainable results.
We help them to define specific milestones throughout their lean six sigma implementation process so they have the ability to stay focused, and on track. This allows our clients to periodically take a step back and stay connected to the bigger picture, and to not get overwhelmed by details. It is critically important to remember that change does not occur by chance, it must be planned and managed!
